隨你意願步行一段時間，間中停步及每次說'sam- "HEEL"。然後讓你的狗隻解徐任務，這次牠應覺口乾，你應已準備水及以'休息,sam-飲水'作解散。
以後每五日重覆整過程。跟隨的手勢是以你的左手拍左腿。
